  • A valid, unexpired Bloodborne Pathogen certificate.

  • Valid, government-issued ID

  • A models is required for this class. Students are responsible for securing their own models. Assistance can be provided in certain cases. Please allow 2-3 weeks lead time for help with models.

  • Sheina Permanent Makeup is a certificate indicating completion and mastering of the Microblading products and techniques and is not a business license to practice Microblading. Only a government agency can issue licenses.

  • Students are responsible for researching and understanding their local government's requirements for license after class.
