Be on time

Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated. We ask that you please arrive ten to fifteen minutes prior to the commencement of your procedure, which will allow adequate time to check in, complete our form, and relax prior to your service.


We understand that on occasion a situation may arise resulting in a late arrival, and although we will do everything we can to accommodate you, to avoid any disruption to other clients, we may have to cancel your procedure and charge you the cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting half of the cost of the scheduled procedure(s). We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept personal checks.

Gift Certificate

Gift Certificates are a wonderful way to give the gift to that special people in your life. Gift Certificates can be purchased at the front desk or online.  All sales are final. We do not accept also accept Spafinder gift certificates and gift cards for permanent makeup procedures.

Returns

Unopened products with accompanying receipt can be returned for credit or exchanged for another product within 14 days of purchase. Products without accompanying receipt or products that have been opened/used cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final on Gift Cards and Gift Certificates.

Gratuity

You may opt to leave gratuities. The amount is left up to your discretion.  Gratuities can be paid in cash or credit card.

Cellphones

We want to create and ensure a relaxing environment and experience for all of our guests. In consideration of others, please refrain from talking on your cell phone.. All cell phones must be in silent mode or turned off. All guests must keep all conversations to a whisper, as not to disrupt our other clients.

Valuables

We  suggest bringing the bare minimum. We cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen items.
